Emily Rogers opened Leashes and Love in 2007 as she noticed most of her family and friends were challenged to find good pet care.

Emily spent more than 10 years in restaurant management and working for corporate America. She left her job right before her third child and has spent the last three years caring for her children and establishing Leashes and love as a premier animal care company in San Diego.
Emily was born in San Diego and attended Menlo College in Atherton, California majoring in Criminal Justice. She and her family live in Clairemont, California.
